Terms of Service

1. Service description

ShotForge is an AI-powered headshot generation service operated by AirDev LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," or "ShotForge"). You upload 10–20 photos of yourself and we use third-party AI models (Replicate) to generate 50 professional headshot variations for a one-time fee of $39.

2. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use ShotForge. By placing an order you represent that you are the individual in the photographs you upload, or that you have explicit permission from the person depicted to generate AI likenesses of them.

3. Ownership and commercial-use rights

When your headshots are generated and delivered, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including but not limited to real-estate marketing, MLS profiles, LinkedIn, business cards, websites, and professional profiles.

AirDev LLC retains no ownership claim over your generated headshots once delivered. You keep all rights to the input photos you upload.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use ShotForge to:

• Generate AI likenesses of minors (anyone under 18);
• Impersonate another person or create likenesses of individuals without their explicit consent;
• Generate images that infringe copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property rights;
• Create deceptive media intended to defraud, harass, or misrepresent any person or entity;
• Train competing AI models on your generated outputs;
• Resell or redistribute ShotForge's service output as a standalone AI headshot product.

We reserve the right to terminate service and refuse refunds if we determine you have violated this section.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for seven (7) days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your generated headshots, contact support@shotforge.us within seven days and we will issue a full refund. Refunds for orders outside the seven-day window are granted at our sole discretion.

6. Third-party services

To deliver the service we use: Stripe (payment processing), Replicate (AI image generation), Supabase (database and storage), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (application hosting). Your use of ShotForge is also subject to each provider's terms of service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

ShotForge is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated headshots are produced by automated systems and may not perfectly match your expectations. We do not warrant that any specific headshot will be suitable for a particular purpose, will satisfy regulatory or platform-specific photo requirements (e.g., specific MLS standards), or will be free of visual artifacts.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirDev LLC's total liability to you arising from or related to ShotForge, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim (up to $39 per order). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current revision. Continued use of ShotForge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
